On the back of the postcard, the information read, “As a recipient, you are being asked to become a participant. Simply mail the cost of postage to P.O. Box 128 New York, NY 10116 so that more postcards can be mailed until every city in every state has received this art project. Standard postage to send postcards is .26 cents. Send whatever amount you wish to cover mailing costs to as many people you wish this message to reach. Additional donations for printing costs are greatly appreciated.”
